Return Policy Statement
We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase order (“Purchase Order”) for any reason, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the meaning and pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”) within ten (10) working days from the date on which you received the products (“Products”) purchased on Naa-iff.com. It is not possible however to exchange the Product selected for another Product
1. Terms and conditions for exercise of the right of withdrawal
1.1 To withdraw from the contract stipulated with HC (“Contract”), you must notify HC of your intention to exercise such right, sending an e-mail to the address:

1.2 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the Products to HC within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of the Products.
1.3 You are responsible for payment of all shipment costs of products returned following exercise of your right of withdrawal.
1.4 The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to be correctly exercised if all the terms and procedures described in articles 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (deemed to be fully integrated herein) and also the following further conditions are fully complied with:
(i) exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified to HC as indicated above within ten (10) day from receipt of the Products;
(ii) the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
(iii) the Products must be returned in their original packaging;
(iv) the Products returned must be sent to HC in a single delivery. HC reserves the right not to accept Products of one and the same Purchase Order that are returned and delivered at different times;
(v) the Products returned must be redelivered within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
2. Refunds
2.1 If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedures and terms indicated in this Return Policy Statement, HC will refund the full Price (“Price”) already paid to purchase the Products.
2.2 Refunds will be made as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which HC has been informed of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. HC will initiate the refund procedure after confirming that the terms and conditions set forth above have been complied with, as established below.
2.3 If the terms and conditions for exercise by you of the right of withdrawal, as indicated in this Return Policy Statement, have not been complied with, you shall not be entitled to any refund of payments already made to HC; however, you shall be entitled, at your expense to re-obtain the Products in the conditions in which they were returned to HC. Otherwise, HC may withhold the Products and any payments already made to purchase these.
3. Refund times and procedures
3.1 Following return of the Products, HC will make the necessary checks on conformity thereof with the terms and conditions set forth in art. 8.7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once HC has confirmed that such conditions have been met, it will e-mail the related confirmation of acceptance of the Products returned.
3.2 The refund procedure will be initiated by HC in the shortest time possible and in any case by thirty (30) days from the date on which HC has been informed of exercise of your right of withdrawal, after checking that the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised and acceptance of the Products returned.
3.3 If the recipient of the Products indicated in the Order Form differs from the whoever has made payment for purchase thereof, in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, HC will pay refunds to whoever made the payment.
3.4 Following exercise of the right of withdrawal, HC will refund the Total Price of the Products returned, including therefore shipping costs.
3.5 The shipping costs of the Products returned shall be paid by the purchaser who shall also be responsible in the case of loss or damage of the Products.
4. Product identification tag
4.1 An identification tag with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the Product, is attached to all Products sold by HC. Please try on the product without removing the tag and related seal as Products returned without these will not be accepted.
